Graduate recruitment plays an integral part of REPL’s future plans. We understand the importance of progressing the careers of inspirational, talented individuals and shaping the leaders of our future.

Our Graduate Consultants work in a variety of project delivery roles including Technical Consultants, Workforce Management Consultants, Software Test Analysts and Business Analysts. We also have opportunities within our Data Science and Software Development teams.

Duration: 18 Months and upon completion eligible for promotion to Senior Analyst

Locations: We have UK offices in Henley-in-Arden, Warwick, and London and within SA, Cape Town. You will have the opportunity to hybrid work between Accenture Offices, client sites and home-based.

Salary: Dependent on your role (starting from £27,000 / R300,000) with additional allowances and eligible for increments every 6 months while on the programme.

graduate programme I worked as a Test Analyst, and I was also a member of the Test Services Social Committee and REPL Well-being Team. Before joining REPL, I had little to no testing or technical knowledge at all. I completed a Psychology degree and had some experience working in the retail sector, but I was clueless to what I wanted as my career. I was put into the Test Practice and assigned test scripts on my first day with no knowledge how to complete them. With the help from my amazing peers and managers, I have gone from being totally clueless about test, to being one of the main points of contact on my project.”

Over the course of our graduate programme you will have the opportunity to attend graduate days in person and virtually. These days are an opportunity to gain wider business experience outside of REPL with other graduates. Previous graduate days have included guest speakers, team building (go ape, escape rooms and challenge days) and social events.

We aren’t actively recruiting for our graduates, but keep your eyes peeled on our social channels as we will post out when our graduate recruitment cycle resumes!

  • Make sure you keep an eye out on your email, as we will be contacting you soon after
  • If successful you will be invited to a 30-minute interview
  • Passed the interview stage? Nice, you have now made it to the graduate assessment day…
  • Smashed the assessment day?  – you are now an REPL Consultant! Congrats!
